Pricing & Booking:

• Adults: R450 per person
• Kids (0–2 years): Free—limited to 2 children per booking
• Kids (3–8 years): R125 per child
• Kids (9–13 years): R225 per child
• To maintain quality service and comfort, a maximum of 8 paying guests per table applies.
• Larger groups may be accommodated on adjacent tables where possible.

• Wine Bundle – Includes 2 bottles of house wine per table

(Pre-booking is essential to ensure availability on the day.)

Deposit & Payment Policy:

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The cutoff time for bookings is on the 19th of December 2025.
• The remaining balance must be settled no later than 72 hours (3 days) prior to the event.
• Unpaid or incomplete bookings may be released without refund.

Cancellations:

• 7+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit.
• Within 7 days: 50% of total booking retained.
• Within 72 hours of no-shows: Full amount forfeited.

Service Charge & Gratuity:

• A 10% service fee will apply to tables of 10 pax or more.
• For smaller tables, gratuity is not included and is left at the guest's discretion.

Optional “Book & Stay” Weekend Bundle:

• R1,800 per night for 2 guests sharing, inclusive of breakfast and early check-in privileges.
• Available 24–28 December 2025, subject to room availability. (Advance booking required. Limited rooms available).
