Terms and Conditions

  • The Daycation voucher is valid only at Khayalami Hotel Mbombela and Khayalami Hotel Emalahleni.

  • The voucher is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

  • Booking is essential, subject to availability, and must be confirmed in advance.

  • The R200 meal voucher is valid for food at the hotel restaurant only.

  • Guests must present their voucher at check-in to gain access to the Daycation experience.

  • No glass is allowed inside the pool area.

  • The hotel reserves the right to amend or cancel the offer at any time without prior notice.

  • All participants use the facilities at their own risk.

  • The cut-off for bookings is 14:00 on the Friday before your booking.
  • No walk-ins will be accommodated for Daycations.
  • CAPACITY for Daycations: 30 PAX per day for use of the table seating and pool access.
  • Loungers are to be reserved for in-house guests.
  • No food or beverage of any kind not purchased in the hotel is permitted.
