Voucher Type & Purchase
This is an online-purchased voucher, redeemable at participating Khayalami Hotel Group properties only. Proof of purchase will be issued digitally upon successful payment.
Voucher Validity
The voucher is valid only for the Valentine’s Dinner event on Saturday, 14 February 2026, and may not be used on any other date or event.
Redemption at Property Level
- Vouchers must be redeemed in person at the selected property on the event date.
- Guests must present the digital or printed voucher on arrival.
- Redemption is subject to the property’s confirmed reservation and seating availability.
Advance Booking Required
Voucher purchase does not automatically confirm a table.
Guests are required to pre-book their table with the chosen property or central reservations to secure their seating.
Voucher Usage
- One voucher is valid for two (2) guests only.
- The voucher covers the Valentine’s Dinner set menu and inclusions as advertised.
- Menu substitutions are not permitted, except where required for dietary or allergen considerations (subject to prior arrangement).
Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
All online voucher purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or alternative services.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event will result in full forfeiture of the voucher.
- No-shows on the day will also result in full forfeiture.
Beverages & Additional Charges
Any beverages, upgrades, or add-ons not explicitly included in the voucher will be charged separately at the property.
Accommodation Add-On
The optional “Book & Stay” weekend package is subject to availability, must be booked separately, and is governed by standard accommodation booking terms.
Seating & Service
Seating allocation and table placement are at the discretion of the property. While special requests will be noted, they cannot be guaranteed.
Force Majeure
Khayalami Hotel Group reserves the right to amend or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, an alternative arrangement or credit may be offered at management’s discretion.
Management Rights
Khayalami Hotel Group reserves the right to refuse redemption where vouchers are altered, duplicated, or misused, or where terms have not been complied with.
Acceptance of Terms
Completion of an online voucher purchase constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
